First Things First: SO many ideas either recorded or want to record yet so little time to get them done...
OK so not to be too revealing, I'm always working on something creative whether it be videos, digital art, photography or whichever my mind can settle on at the moment. At the time of writing this, I've been working on 2 videos and wrapping a new design. All of which is dispersed across various platforms; either social media or YouTube. But there are some things that I want to create to share with others. Not share as in "look at this thing I made for myself" but more "look at this thing I made for everyone."
One of my new things is to just give away any old art - art I just find in my storage doing nothing but aging solo. Within the past few years I've provided people with canvas art, figure drawings, whatever I can find that makes no use to store. My original thought was to create these works and hopefully sell them to the masses, I thought my art was unique enough to be randomly picked up by passersby on Instagram. Whatever the thinking, I feel I had more confidence in my imagination and design than I have now in my brand and that says a lot.
But that won't stop me from giving away the art, which brings me to the real point of these post; My Human By Design site will soon host a page dedicated to freebies. Art I've made or will make that I just want to see spread to whomever and wherever wants to use. This will include logos, banners, backdrops, posters, etc. Now that doesn't mean everything will be free, no no no. I'm still focusing on expanding and creating the HXD brand even more than its current state. But sometimes I might feel generous and provide those who may be non-creative with the tools they need while I practice my craft. And maybe you who is reading this may also be a recipient.
Now I'm hoping those in the creative spaces don't think I'm as stupid as I think I am but this is coming from someone who loves to see things he creates in multiple places. I just hope one day that also comes with a monetary value.
